Kelly Fletcher jewelry are handcrafted in New York City by expert goldsmiths, applying both traditional gold-smithing techniques and innovative ones. Many of our suppliers remain small artisanal businesses, it is important for us to safeguard their rich heritage and knowledge.

Merging sustainability and luxury with consciousness and integrity. We use responsibly sourced materials taken from nature like pearls and precious gemstones to connect physically back to Earth.

Kelly visited more than 30 countries in Europe, Asia, Africa, and South and North America. Whether she accompanied her husband on a business trip to Hong Kong or visited Paris on her own to take cooking classes, everywhere she bought artisanal jewelry from local craftsmen. For her, it had been a beautiful way to connect to places and their culture. Inspired by the diverse beauty she had experienced abroad, Kelly learned the mechanics of silversmithing and jewelry making and began creating her own pieces.

Our story

Making fine jewelry resembles cooking – two chefs can prepare similar dishes, but they will never taste the same. In Kelly Fletcher jewelry, we strive to add a special ingredient to each item that pushes design to the next level. We like to experiment with shapes – one of our signature designs is a pair of earrings that mimic the arches of the Ponte Vecchio

bridge in Florence, Italy. We often add unique elements to our creations – baroque pearls from Hong Kong, antique watch fobs from London, or vintage clasps from France. Each piece holds a sentimental meaning through engraving and symbolic details. Another signature item is a gold chain with three diamonds signifying past, present, and future.

Our brand is committed to working with small artisanal businesses and supporting local goldsmiths. Kelly Fletcher jewelry is handcrafted in New York City by a small team of experts that put their heart and soul into every piece.

Easy ways to keep your jewelry at it's shiny best:

  • Avoid exposure to any chemicals or strong products, such as perfume and cosmetic products.

  • Remove your jewelry when bathing or swimming. Avoid contact with chlorine, sand and saltwater.

  • Take them off before doing any exercise or physical activity to keep them away from extra knocks and sweat.

  • Store them in a clean, dry and cool place. Avoid extreme temperatures and direct sunlight.

Materials

High-quality materials combined with timeless design will stand the test of time. We use 14K and 18K gold, along with Sterling Silver, quality semi-precious and precious gemstones.

 

Sterling Silver

We use 925 Sterling Silver which is made of 92.5 pure silver. It’s highly durable, and designed for everyday use.

 

14K: 58.3% gold content

Solid gold is a precious metal that will not oxidize or discolor. The 14K alloy gives pieces their beautiful shine, remains very durable, scratches less, and doesn’t bend or wear out easily. 

It's the perfect affordable choice for jewelry that will last a lifetime and won't irritate your skin.

 

18K: 75% gold content

Consisting of only 25% alloy, 18 karat gold is the best compromise between purity and practicality. Considered one of the most classic of the gold karats, 18 karat gold is prized for its warm buttery tones that perfectly compliment diamonds and gemstones.

Due to the high gold content, 18 karat gold is more susceptible to scratches and scuffs than 14K gold so it should be carefully looked after if you wear it in everyday life. 

 

Diamonds

Our diamonds are high quality (within GHI color grade and range S1-1-2 clarity) and are responsibly sourced from suppliers who follow socially responsible practices.

 

Gemstones

All of our precious and semi- precious gemstones are AAA grade, considered the rarest and most valuable. Though these gemstones do show variations in color, they are clean, well cut, and polished to a very high standard.

 

Freshwater Pearls

We use cultured pearls from oysters and freshwater mussels, that we carefully select for our pieces.
